A couple of small amendments to the 2016 / 17 Fixtures page

A couple of small changes have been made to the Fixtures page.

The WW home Div 2 levels is now correctly shown as starting at 8pm. The Crewkerne 2 match in Div 4 is now correctly shown as 18th Nov.

Please note that there is still 1 mixed fixture where the date has not yet been agreed and this should be done as soon as possible. The latest Constitution will be loaded onto the website soon.
